Melissa and team were simply a pleasure to work with from start to finish on the purchase of my client's new condo. I have been a realtor in Delray Beach for 20 years and have given hundreds of transactions to Delray Title. I have found them to be the most efficient, professional, knowledgeable women around. You can always get them on the phone and they help you understand and/or work through any issue that comes up during a transaction.I send them all the business I can so that I know that the transaction will be seamless. Whether it’s creating addendums, handling probate issues, identifying potential loan problems, permit issues, or just personality conflicts between a buyer and seller, they always handle each issue tactfully and gracefully. They are my first choice every time and I have NEVER in all the transactions had one single buyer or seller complain about the service they received. Thank you Delray Title!
